Plan, manage and oversee maintenance and refurbishment works for electronic systems to ensure high quality standard and reliability are maintained
Control, monitor and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for electronic systems
Assist in daily inspection, workmanship monitoring, testing and commissioning of maintenance works, alteration and improvement works
Liaise with stakeholders to carry out fault analysis and arrange corresponding rectification / maintenance works
Analyze and review operation and maintenance records of the electronic systems for fault finding and continuous improvement
Prepare tender documents and drawings for maintenance contracts, refurbishment contracts and minor improvement works of electronic systems
Supervise and manage maintenance contractors and work closely with the users on maintenance works of electronic systems to ensure compliance with the Authority's requirements
Assist in preparation of maintenance contracts, maintenance budget and control of maintenance expenditure
Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required
Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Electronic, Electrical or other related disciplines with at least 4 years relevant working experience in supervision and implementation of large electronic systems project and maintenance. Degree holder with 2 years relevant working experience will also be considered
Candidates without the above specified academic qualification but have 10 years relevant working experience will also be considered
Proactive, service oriented and be able to work independently
Team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
