Superintendent, Electrical %26 Mechanical

This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organisation need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in carrying out operation, maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and facilities

• Supervise maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and facilities for compliance with legal requirements

• Assist in preparing tender documents for maintenance, refurbishment works contracts

• Assist in planning and controlling maintenance and refurbishment budgets

• Collate, trend, analyse and review operation and maintenance records for improvements

• Provide technical solution and advice on technical matters related to maintenance and procurement works

• Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 4 years relevant working experience in supervision of electrical & mechanical maintenance and/or construction works. Degree holder with 2 years relevant working experience will also be considered

• Candidate without the above specified academic qualification but have 10 years relevant working experience will also be considered

• Solid experience in airport works or maintenance of major facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage

• Team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and be able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
