This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organisation need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
Assist in carrying out operation, maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and facilities
Supervise maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and facilities for compliance with legal requirements
Assist in preparing tender documents for maintenance, refurbishment works contracts
Assist in planning and controlling maintenance and refurbishment budgets
Collate, trend, analyse and review operation and maintenance records for improvements
Provide technical solution and advice on technical matters related to maintenance and procurement works
Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 4 years relevant working experience in supervision of electrical & mechanical maintenance and/or construction works. Degree holder with 2 years relevant working experience will also be considered
Candidate without the above specified academic qualification but have 10 years relevant working experience will also be considered
Solid experience in airport works or maintenance of major facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage
Team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and be able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications
Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
