What you will do:
- Support the development of an AI-supported RFQ analysis tool
- Evaluate RFQ ground truth together with domain experts and provide structured feedback to the development team in Germany
- Collect additional requirements from Sales and Proposal teams and align feasibility and implementation with the development team
- Support productivity improvements through the development of small AI applications for daily work
- Use tools such as Microsoft Copilot or n8n to prototype and test automation and AI-assisted workflows
What we are looking for:
- Undergraduate or graduate in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related field
- English and Chinese Speaking Proficiency
- Strong interest in electrical power systems and artificial intelligence as a productivity enabler
- Analytical and critical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as a reliable team player in a multidisciplinary environment
