Subcon Managerfor the Resistors Group to join our growing family. In this position, the successful candidate will be the interface between our Resistors group and our various Subcontractors in Asia, with the main goal to coordinate Vishay best interest by taking active role in managing todays and future requirements towards contract manufacturing supplier.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage multiple CM suppliers within a region, but across different portfolios and divisions
- Understands internal processes on the assigned CM supplier side, located close to the CM supplier, understanding language and culture context.
- Co-define and deploy project roadmap and strategy with Contract Manufacturing
- Co-define and monitor CM Supplier planning and loading
- CM Supplier capacity allocation and review
- Support PCN process and decisions
- Support management of quality complaints and 8D reports
- Support in audits management (from Vishay's customers and Vishay)
- Organize and manage Business Review Meetings, at least once in a year F2F and online on a regular basis
- Provides the CM suppliers evaluation on a quarterly and annual basis
- Facilitate commercial terms with CM suppliers together with purchasing department (pricing, MOQ, lead times, safety, stocks, liability, tooling, IP)
- Escalation management to comply with service level agreements and quickly supporting customer issues
- Manage CMs contracts, NDAs, SLAs and change clauses
- Benchmark CM pricing vs. market, manage cost breakdowns when needed and support business cases for make-vs-buy decisions
- Monitor compliance with legal, ESG and company policies.
What You Will Bring Along
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or MBA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar business (Electronics)
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Good communication influential and coordination skills
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (written & oral)
