As a Co-Marketing Operations Manager, Retail, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our co-marketing campaigns. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive consumer awareness, acquisition, engagement, and user growth based on company strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, structured in planning and execution, exceptional at project management, and excited to leverage marketing mechanics and data insights. You should be comfortable blending strategic campaign design with hands-on, data-driven execution.

1. Full Funnel IMC & Co-Marketing Strategy

  1. Define the Vision: Design and own comprehensive, co-marketing campaigns that drive platform growth across the entire user journey (awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention), delivering win-win collaborations with our retail partners.
  2. Strategic Planning & Channel Mix: Translate business and growth objectives into structured Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies. This encompasses defining clear value propositions, incentive designs, messaging, multi-channel placements, and precise timing.
  3. KOL & WOM Amplification: Strategize and execute advocacy programs utilizing a diverse marketing mix-including, but not limited to, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Word-of-Mouth (WOM) marketing-to amplify our retail partners brand presence, build consumer trust, and drive acquisition.

2. Seasonal Moment Campaigns

  1. Seasonal Retail Demand: During seasonal moments in which the Taiwan shopper has established grocery and retail buying demands, develop the right promotional structure, working closely with our retail partners to ensure the best offers are provided to our users.
  2. Campaign Iteration: Rigorously review campaign performance and iterate the campaign scheme, applying past learnings to continuously improve customer engagement and ROI.

3. Cross-Functional Execution & Operations

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Account Managers, Retail Merchant Operations, Public Relations, Brand Marketing, Social, Legal, etc.) to flawlessly deliver campaigns.
  2. Operational Excellence: Improve operational efficiency by leveraging global tools, systems, and best practices, establishing repeatable and structured processes to scale retail marketing efforts.

4. Data-Driven Optimization

  1. Performance Tracking: Interpret campaign and platform performance data to generate actionable insights and clear recommendations for future retail initiatives.
  2. Experimentation & Iteration: Apply data and experimentation learnings (e.g., A/B tests, past campaign performance) to continuously optimize promotions and communications.
  3. Market Intelligence: Monitor the retail market and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategy, positioning, and prioritization.

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2C marketing, growth, and/or operational roles. Experience in the Retail industry or E-commerce is highly preferred.
  2. Marketing & User Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and user behavior, with the ability to design campaigns that influence consumer decisions and platform engagement.
  3. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret data and performance metrics to generate insights and inform optimization. Comfortable working with data and dashboards. Working knowledge of SQL to explore data or validate insights is highly preferred (advanced mastery can be developed on the job).
  4. Project Management: Solid project ownership and prioritization skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives in parallel in a structured manner.
  5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights, logical recommendations, and trade-offs.
  6. Language: Traditional Mandarin and English fluency-reading, written, and spoken.
  7. Education: BA or BS required.
