The Role

We are building our Strategic Workforce Planning capability from the ground up, and this role is central to that agenda. Reporting to the Vice President of Workforce Solutions, the Director will define the methodology, design the planning framework, and establish workforce planning as a repeatable quarterly and annual process across the organisation. This is not an execution role -it requires someone who can operate at a strategic level, engage senior business leaders with credibility, and translate complex demand-supply dynamics into clear commercial recommendations. The right candidate will have a track record of building workforce planning capability in a consulting or professional services environment, and the judgment to know navigate a complex business environment.

Required Skills

  • Prior Experience- Workforce planning and workforce management in a consulting, professional services, or IT services environment at a senior level, with demonstrated ownership of methodology design and cross-market scope.

  • Stakeholder Management - Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior business leaders - P&L owners, delivery heads, market presidents - and to lead structured planning conversations at executive level.

  • Strategic Thinking - Ability to connect workforce decisions to commercial outcomes translates organisational growth ambition into a credible, sequenced workforce strategy.

  • Communication - Strong written and verbal communication - capable of translating complex workforce analysis into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.

  • Consulting Skills - Acts as an internal consultant to business leaders - advising on how strategic workforce planning should work, preparing stakeholders for participation, and building their understanding of workforce methodology and its commercial implications.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Develops, manages and maintains headcount dynamics / targets & forecast plans for the supported stakeholder working closely with Finance & COO.
  • Experience on Workday - Adaptive Planning Tool
