Our client is seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented leader to turn our long-term regional vision into operational reality across key Asia-Pacific markets. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, market intelligence, and program governance, this role focuses on translating high-level growth priorities into measurable business outcomes while equipping regional executive leadership with actionable insights.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution & Operational Governance
- Coordinate with regional strategy directors to translate long-range targets into actionable execution plans across six primary geographic territories.
- Establish and facilitate a structured operational cadence, connecting multi-year priorities to daily execution while tracking cross-functional milestones, dependencies, and risk profiles.
- Manage regional and country-level Objective & Key Result (OKR) frameworks to ensure strategic alignment and accountability.
- Design high-impact executive deliverables, performance dashboards, and leadership updates to provide clear operational visibility to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to audit performance indicators, validate underlying assumptions, and refine business metrics.
- Leverage advanced AI workflows and predictive modeling to streamline complex data synthesis, draft high-level narratives, and surface strategic decision signals.
2. Regional Growth Intelligence & Market Analytics
- Integrate external macro-environmental trends with internal performance data to identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging regional revenue streams.
- Conduct outside-in market monitoring across economic, competitor, and customer domains; adapt global market sizing frameworks to local APAC nuances and test foundational assumptions.
- Perform inside-out analysis of current customer usage patterns to isolate core competitive strengths and address revenue bottlenecks.
- Synthesize multi-source datasets into localized growth models and identify high-performing initiatives that can be scaled regionally.
- Utilize automated AI research tools and data-mining applications to detect micro-trends across large data sets and accelerate strategic insight delivery.
Qualifications
- MBA from a top-tier institution with a focus on Strategy, Finance, or Business Operations (or equivalent practical experience).
- Advanced credentials in GTM strategy, Agile program delivery, or sales operations are highly advantageous
- 5–7 years of experience within management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or strategic initiative management at a enterprise technology company.
- Direct hands-on experience supporting field sales, commercial operations, or GTM teams.
- Proven track record of running operational governance models, aligning multi-market cross-functional teams, and driving progress without direct reporting authority.
- Deep expertise in analytical modeling, data visualization (Excel, PowerPoint), and using modern AI-driven tools for research synthesis and pattern recognition.
- Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills, tailored for C-suite engagement, combined with a strong bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
