What You'll Drive

• Lead domestic and international procurement, negotiation, and cost management to keep the supply chain stable and efficient

• Own material delivery tracking, receiving, and payment processes, bringing them into a digital, data-driven workflow

• Resolve material exceptions, returns, and credits through close cross-functional coordination

• Manage supplier delivery performance and quality evaluation, coaching partners to meet Enlitech's standards

• Continuously improve procurement processes to raise efficiency and reduce hidden costs

• Lead new material and new source development aligned with annual strategy, including market research and supplier development for semiconductor-related materials

• Support strategic supply chain planning — risk assessment and long-term partnership building with key suppliers

What You'll Bring

Experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally with exposure to semiconductor, electronics, or precision-equipment materials. Strong negotiation skills, a process-improvement mindset, and comfort working cross-functionally round out the profile.
