The Delta Robotics Innovation Center (DRIC) is established to support Delta Electronics long-term robotics development. Its primary purpose is to build and enhance Delta's capabilities in robot design, manufacturing, and integration. Rather than focusing on delivering specific products, the center aims to cultivate core competencies that enable Delta groups to efficiently develop and commercialize robotics-based solutions. Responsibilities: . Build and manage a global robotics trend radar by collecting and synthesizing information from academic research, industrial consortia, startup ecosystems, and technology expos. . Identify, evaluate, and establish collaborations with research institutions, startups, and alliance partners. Serve as a liaison to facilitate co-development, joint research, and innovation initiatives. . Lead or support multi-stakeholder initiatives involving internal technical teams, strategy departments, and external partners. Manage project planning, milestone tracking, and outcome reporting. . Represent Delta in international robotics communities (e.g., IEEE RAS, ROS-Industrial) and contribute to shared innovation topics, events, and roadmap discussions.
