Job Summary
We are looking for a Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights Manager to support Acer's global business strategy through market intelligence, strategic insights, and analyst engagement.
This role combines market intelligence management, portfolio optimization, data-driven analysis, and executive-level strategic communication. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially aware, and passionate about technology industry trends and competitive intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize global market intelligence subscriptions, research platforms, and external data services across Acer Group.
• Evaluate and negotiate research vendors and service providers covering areas such as PC market trends, social media, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, news media, and website traffic analytics.
• Perform portfolio and budget management to ensure effective allocation of market intelligence resources.
• Support internal stakeholders with research requests, competitive analysis, market sizing, SWOT analysis, and industry trend insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with external analysts and research firms including IDC, Gartner, Canalys, OMDIA, NIQ, Circana, CONTEXT, and others.
• Organize seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions to communicate key market updates and strategic insights to business and functional teams.
• Track industry trends and develop forecasts to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
