The Regional Strategic Management Office Senior Manager (SMOSM) serves as the regional strategic execution lead, responsible for driving the translation of global transformation priorities into coherent, executable, and measurable regional programs. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, serving as the primary integrator between global program owners, regional leadership, and functional/divisional stakeholders.
This position holds endtoend accountability for the design, setup, governance, and performance management of regional transformation initiatives, ensuring business readiness, crossfunctional alignment, risk mitigation, and timely issue resolution. Acting as the senior advisor and execution partner to both the Regional Head of SMO and the Regional President's leadership team, the SMOSM shapes strategic discussions, informs decisionmaking, and ensures that regional structures remain optimally aligned with global expectations.
The role leads multiworkstream orchestration, manages senior stakeholder interfaces, coordinates regional transformation governance routines, and ensures that the region executes with consistency, transparency, and rigor. The SMOSM provides strategic insight, program leadership, and analytical oversight across the entire transformation portfolio, directly impacting the region's operational effectiveness and strategic outcomes.
