Responsibilities
1. Combined with Volcano Engine's own products and business development direction, conduct in-depth tracking and research on the development trends and industry tracks of To B subdivisions. The focus includes but is not limited to cloud computing, chips, enterprise services, video cloud, AI, security, big data, cloud native, etc. 2. Based on the CVC perspective, conduct in-depth analysis of investment targets, design M&A and investment plans, and take the lead in managing the entire investment transaction process, including industry research, target analysis, investment, negotiation, post-investment management, and collaborative plan implementation 3. Work in-depth with the group's business and product R&D teams, participate in business planning, promote industry development, and help business and product leaders complete key decisions 4. Establish internal and external investment influence, use capital means to assist Volcano Engine in completing its business and technology route layout, and assist in promoting business strategic development.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of working experience in corporate strategic investment, PE/VC or large model product development, familiar with the AI industry, and understanding of CVC/PE/VC operation processes 2. Have solid technical skills in cloud computing, AI and other fields, as well as mature business analysis framework and project evaluation capabilities, be able to continuously carry out rapid learning and cognitive iteration, and be good at defining and dismantling fuzzy problems 3. Understand the To B industry, have technical sentiments, have keen judgment, curiosity and imagination about new trends, new models and new directions have critical thinking and self-driving force 4. Be good at cross-department communication and collaboration, with strong communication skills, expression skills and logical thinking skills.
