Job Description

Are you passionate about driving people strategies that create meaningful business impact We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner to play a key role in shaping workplace culture, strengthening employee engagement, and partnering with leaders to achieve organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders and management teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and operational priorities.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
  • Champion positive employee relations by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
  • Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, workplace matters, and people management best practices.
  • Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace feedback.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance HR programs and initiatives that strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives and contribute to the development of long-term people strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across the organization to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver impactful HR solutions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and provide coaching to leaders to enhance management capabilities.
  • Participate actively in strategic planning discussions and contribute as a trusted member of the management team.
  • Undertake additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proven ability to build positive working relationships and influence business outcomes through people-focused solutions.
  • Good leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
