About The Role
A successful Strategic Account Manager will contact potential new clients, examine industry specific needs within a specified geographic region & introduce them to Frost & Sullivan services & capabilities. Generate Frost & Sullivan Growth Partnership as a Service revenues primarily through new account development. Primary responsibility of this incumbent is sales revenue target.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding assigned individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- o Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline through regular prospecting, follow-ups, and timely updates in the CRM system.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and Innovation Nation to improve outreach and visibility with prospects and clients.
- Effectively position and communicate the value of advisory services such as Growth Consulting, Growth Advisory (GA), Client Advisory (CA), and GSI.
- Develop strong knowledge of clients industries, technologies, and markets to tailor engagement strategies.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a strong educational foundation in business, economics, engineering or technology, coupled with a passion for the world of tomorrow.
- A relevant university degree (BA, BS) in Electronics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Media. A postgraduate degree (Master's) is highly regarded and considered an advantage
- Proven 23 years experience in new account hunting, consultative sales, client engagement, or business development roles.
- Confident and ambitious, helpful, proactive, with a strong desire for growth and success.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct discovery conversations, actively listen, tell compelling stories, handle objections, deliver impactful presentations, write persuasive proposals, and influence client decision-making.
- Can multi-task, well stress-resistant and meet tight deadlines.
- Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
- Is a Native Chinese Speaker
