Job Description

Winbro Group Technologies are an acknowledged global market leader in the design and manufacture of advanced machine systems, technology development and service provision for both aerospace and land -based gas turbine industries . In addition to providing turnkey solutions, Winbro has a tier 1 approved component manufacturing facility which utilises our own machines and technologies to serve OEM customers such as Rolls -Royce, GE and Siemens.

Job Purpose

This position requires an experienced Stores Lead to ensure the effective and efficient control of material receipt, storage, picking and delivery to customers is achieved while working in a safe and quality conscious environment.

Support the material co-ordination for all Winbro business streams. Be responsible for the storing and monitoring of stock in Dajia.

This position is accountable for receiving , storing, kitting and despatching goods with minimum delay and accurate paperwork, to ensure smooth workflow into and out of the site.

Requirements

  • Receiving of materials at Goods Inwards including confirmation of material deliveries against order requirements and receiving of material deliveries into Winbro's ERP system
  • Control of material storage including regular stock checks in line with company accounting guidelines, kitting and picking of materials in support of production schedules and organisation of stored materials to optimise space utilisation
  • General duties include Manual handling of materials and packages, packaging of materials in preparation for despatch, and general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Picking materials from Stock as per Picking List
  • Despatch of goods from ERP system, and creation of relevant paperwork
  • Be responsible for looking at continuous improvements
  • Manage sales orders to meet customer demands
  • Liaise with other departments to understand priorities and action accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety and Environment al policy
  • Ensure company procedures are always followed
  • Regular Stock takes

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of operating in a production environment
  • Forklift Truck Driving / Power Truck advantageous
  • PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook. Knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint would be an advantage
  • Experienced in ERP systems , Micros oft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience, preferred
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative
  • Self-starter with the confidence to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and deal with a varied workload
  • Willing to champion a positive & inclusive culture

  • Clear, direct and participative communication style
