Store Manager

1. Warehouse & Store Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and equipment store.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised, secure, and operationally efficient.
• Develop and maintain storage systems that maximise accessibility and space utilisation.
• Implement and continuously improve warehouse processes and SOPs.
• Conduct regular housekeeping and safety inspections.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all production equipment, tools, consumables, and company assets.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment utilisation and asset lifecycle.

3. Equipment Readiness & Maintenance

• Ensure all equipment is tested, serviced, maintained, and event-ready.
• Coordinate repairs, servicing, and calibration where required.
• Track damaged, missing, or obsolete equipment.

4. Logistics & Project Support

• Coordinate equipment preparation according to project requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers and production team to ensure timely fulfilment of equipment requests.
• Plan loading, unloading, and transportation schedules.
• Ensure equipment returns are properly accounted for after each project.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote safe manual handling and equipment handling practices.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with WSH requirements.
