Job Description

  • Responsible for managing store maintenance operations, including scheduling and budget control, vendor management and quality assurance, and procurement of overseas materials and facilities. Oversee service channel systems, track maintenance cases and fee approvals, monitor monthly costs, and handle emergency repairs (e.g., water leakage and rolling door issues). Also responsible for quarterly reporting and data analysis to support operational improvements.

・At least 3-5 years work experience in retail or chain store maintenance and facility management & construction project manager.

・Construction cost management experience, construction process management experience.

・Experience using Photoshop, AutoCAD, Illustrator.

・Minimum Skills Required For General Microsoft Operations.

・Ability to communicate daily conversation by English(Better can speak Japanese).

・School Experience About Architecture Or Interior. (Plus)

・Occupational safety and health management (Level/Class B Technician Certificate) 職安乙級證照 (Plus)

・Existing store maintenance schedule and budget management

・Existing partner management and quality control

・Procurement materials and facility management imported from abroad

・Maintenance system(Service channel) management and case tracking

・Maintenance Fee Application and Sign-off (Appeal) Tracking

・Monitoring and scheduling of monthly maintenance costs

・Emergency handling (water leakage / iron rolling door repair)

・Quarterly report on database statistics and analysis results.
