About The Business

Work You'll do

• Execute the global deployment personnel program, including maintenance, contract creation, statement generation, and deployment system implementation.
• Implement global policies and successfully localize key projects for Taiwan.
• Execute regular projects.
• Support specific recruitment activities.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate from a department related to business and management, economics, social sciences, psychology, languages, or humanities at the university level or above.
• Over 2 years of work experience (If you have specific project management experience, feel free to share with us).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a TOEIC score of 890 or higher (Accustomed to interacting with colleagues from different countries, but no need for late-night meetings here).
• Able to manage work pressure effectively and maintain a clear work-life balance.
• Possess a growth mindset and be eager to accept work challenges.
• Ability to independently complete projects (Initial guidance will be provided by a mentor).
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills (Able to integrate and analyze statistical reports without confusion).
• Good time management skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading & writing).
