Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Software Engineer to design and develop high-quality, enterprise-grade software for global customers. The ideal candidate has a solid background in C/C++ system programming and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Product Managers, Architects, and QA Engineers—to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design & Implementation: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C/C++ code for large-scale enterprise deployments.
- Operational Optimization: Enhance platform scalability, reliability, and performance to support mass deployment and seamless maintenance in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Proactively diagnose, debug, and resolve complex performance issues, memory leaks, and system bottlenecks throughout the development lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices to reduce operational costs, minimize downtime, and boost development efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on system programming experience in C/C++ (Windows and/or Linux environment).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex software architectures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a fast learner who actively shares knowledge with the team.
Nice-to-Haves:
AI & Modern Workflows:
- Hands-on experience leveraging agentic AI tools or workflows to build and deploy software applications.
Backend & Network Services:
- Development experience with Go (Golang) and gRPC.
- Practical knowledge of databases, common network protocols, and basic cryptography concepts.
System & Low-Level Engineering:
- Experience with Win32 SDK or Linux API / System Programming.
- Experience with crash dump analysis using WinDbg or GDB.
- Familiarity with reverse engineering techniques or file system development.
- Experience in Kiosk or embedded system development.
