Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Full ownership of Char deliverables from design phase to production, including post-silicon debug and characterisation of ICW products
  • Work with Design and Test engineers on correlation on ATE and Simulation environments
  • Develop ATE char programs for char requests of ICW products. Interact closely with Test, Design and Foundry Engineers across sites.
  • Be the owner of productivity targets (yield, test coverage, test time)
  • Drive data analysis of characterisation, qualification and early production data, including reporting
  • Improve our data analysis capabilities, consolidate data sources, and enable faster and more automated analyses
  • Drive test/assembly sites, including subcons and act as the technical lead for product engineering tasks
  • Ensure manufacturability of new Silicon Microphone products through the analysis of yield, fail pareto and test coverage and ensure consistency with defined objectives
  • Analyze root causes of deviations from production targets (e.g. quality, performance or cost)
  • Ramp up new products and rapidly bring-up test yield

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • At least 3+ years of product engineering experience, working on digital, mixed-signal or RF/SOC semiconductor devices. RF experience is a plus.
  • Experience with IC manufacturing and production flow, including processing, assembly and production tests
  • Hands on experience of ATE Testing required. UFLEX or Verigy 93K wouldbe an advantage
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience with statistical methods and data analysis tools required
