Staff/Senior Engineer, PROCT FE Cost Excellence

Responsibilities

Drive Cost and/or Max Out goals

. Understand short-term and long-term Cost, Max Out goals within Front End and ensure alignment to corporate business goals. Initiate and drive cross-functional programs to achieve corporate business goals

. Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders

. Manage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting

. Drive delivery of IPP Goals Performance

Deliver tactical support and program management

. Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables

. Enable program success through subject matter expertise

. Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports

. Identify potential roadblocks, develop and execute resolution plans

. Facilitate regular meeting cadence with key business partners

. Engage with key stakeholders and leadership teams to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement

Communication

. Conduct regular communication update to Senior leadership, Sites and PROCT leadership team

. Conduct program priorities, roadmap, wins, issues and any program related changes communication to key stakeholders

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree/master's in Engineering or equivalent work experience

. Experience / understanding of Micron FE manufacturing processes and business processes

. Excellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills

. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

. Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally

. Knowledge on data analytics and programming is beneficial

. Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives

. Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals

. Demonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness
