(Staff) Product Engineer - MOSFET Characterization and Validation

Overview:

For the MOSFET products, from early-stage characterization, datasheet definition, mass production, and customer survey, ensuring industry-leading performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lab Operations: Lead discrete device (Power MOSFET) testing and complex characterization projects to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

2. Procedure Standardization: Develop, establish, and standardize advanced test procedures; implement optimizations for specific lab workflows.

3. Technical Analysis: Analyze complex test results and provide detailed technical recommendations to design and product engineering teams, and bridge technical knowledge with market needs.

4. Technical Mentorship: Mentor engineers and technicians on testing methodologies and lab efficiency.

5. Resource Maintenance: Manage specialized lab equipment and ensure all technical activities comply with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.

2. 5+ years in discrete device (Power MOSFET) testing, characterization, and reliability.

3. Strong understanding of semiconductor devices and lab instrumentation

4. Experience in lab management, test optimization, and team leadership.

5. Proficient in data analysis and test automation tools.

6. Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, communication, multiple projects, and teamwork skills.

7. Experience in scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, JMP, C/C++) for automation is preferred.
