About The Business

Work You'll do

  • Plan and execute tax and legal seminars as well as webinars.
  • Prepare revenue reports to support marketing and operational decision-making.
  • Write promotional copy for FB/LINE/IG posts.
  • Edit seminar videos to enhance brand influence.
  • Track and analyze media exposure results.
  • Design eye-catching e-newsletters.
  • Manage and maintain the client database.
  • Plan and execute various types of events.
  • Assist with international award submissions.
  • Support participation in government tenders.

Requirements

  • Passionate about event planning and brand marketing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and open to challenges.
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC score 750 or above), with ability to work in an Asia-Pacific context.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint presentations and visual content creation.
  • Proficient in Excel functions and pivot table analysis.
  • Experienced in video editing.
