Job description:
- 8+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a technical leader in scrum teams
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, Node.js or Java.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and IAM.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud native observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
- Strong knowledge of API design (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in on-premises enterprise level software is a plus
Hands-on experience in AI agent development is a plus
