An experienced Staff Application Engineer specializing in High Voltage (650V/700V) GaN power devices and power conversion applications.
Responsible for supporting customer designs, developing reference solutions, validating products, and driving application adoption of Renesas High Voltage GaN solutions across industrial, infrastructure, server power, UPS, solar, and EV power applications in Taiwan.

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
· Master and Ph.D degree preferred.
· 8-12 years of experience in power electronics and power conversion applications.
· Experience in one or more of:
· Hands-on experience with:
· Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
· Fluent English communication skills required.
