We are looking for an experienced and strategicSenior Web Information Architecture (IA) Designerto responsible for the structuring and organization of digital experiences across our TrendLife web platforms. In this role, you will shape how users find, navigate, and interact with content, ensuring intuitive, scalable, and user-centric information architecture that drives engagement and business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, engineers, content strategists, and marketing teams to create seamless digital journeys grounded in user insights and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and evolution of information architecture frameworks for TrendLife Websites and digital platforms.

• Define and maintainsite structures, navigation systems, taxonomies, and metadata models.

• Developuser flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and navigation prototypesto communicate design concepts.

• Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure IA aligns with overalluser experience and visual design.

• Collaborate with content teams to ensurecontent organization, labeling, and discoverabilityare optimized.

• Work with product and engineering teams to ensure IA solutions arefeasible, scalable, and aligned with platform capabilities.

• Leverage analytics and user behavior data tocontinuously optimize structure and navigation.

• Contribute todesign system and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience
  Bachelor's degree with 5-8+ years in information architecture, UX design, or related disciplines.

• Information Architecture Expertise
  Knowledge of SEO principles and search optimization. and Proven experience designing IA for large-scale, content-rich websites or complex digital ecosystems, including sitemaps, user flows, and scalable taxonomy systems.

• AI-Native UX & IA Capabilities
  Experience applying AI/ML tools (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, copilots) to enhance UX workflows and designing IA for AI-powered experiences such as conversational interfaces, semantic search, personalization, and recommendation systems.

• Tools, Systems & Execution
  Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, or similar), with the ability to translate strategy into hands-on execution, including structured content and prompt-aware design approaches.

• Collaboration, Communication & Language Proficiency
  Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience integrating AI-driven insights (e.g., semantic clustering, automated tagging) and applying responsible AI principlesfluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withCMS platforms, content modeling, and headless architecture.

• Background inglobal or multi-market website structures.

• Experience working inAgile or product-driven environments.
