Sr. Warehouse Logistics Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Work with warehouse colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock and delivery of high-quality service to all customers. this position is responsible for executing function which involve coordinating with 3PL or sub-cons/vendors, data entries in system, reporting and validating shipping documentation when required.

Provide support when required and any other assigned tasks by the Manager.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations-

- Familiar with warehouse operations.

- Perform execution, validation and PC-based system receiving when applicable.

- Preparations of delivery document and related shipping documentation.

- Perform verifications on shipping documentation, providing logistical advice on warehouse operations

- Maintain proper document trails to support auditing requirements for all shipments, both import & export.

- Support and generate correlated operations performance reports.

- Other duties as assigned

• Coordination-

- Coordinate with 3PL warehouse, internal stakeholders to fulfill customer shipments, and RMA arrangements.

Others:

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• At least 5 years working experience in Warehousing, Import/Export logistics and familiarity with warehouse management systems, knowledge of bonded warehouse operation/customs clearance activities will be a plus.

• This role will be responsible for performing the day to day system operations, administrative task and support ad hoc projects.

• Support Hyve warehouse manager to coordinate with the 3rd PL warehouse operations.
