Overview

We are seeking a Mid-year to Senior Visual Experience Designer to join our UX team and help shape the visual foundation of a global cybersecurity platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to redefine how users interact with complex security ecosystems. You will bring creativity, visual craft, and system thinking to build scalable, cohesive design foundations that support product teams across the globe. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, engineers, and crossfunctional partners to deliver highquality, consistent experiences.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Design visual interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Work in a rapid, iterative product development environment

• Transform complex concepts into clear, intuitive visual experiences

• Create and maintain component libraries in Figma

• Collaborate closely with UX designers and front-end engineers to ensure visual clarity and quality

• Continuously enhance and evolve design system libraries and patterns

Design System-Specific Responsibilities

• Contribute to the visual design of the Tonic One Design System

• Develop and maintain Vision One platform guidelines & Tonic One design system, ensuring crossproduct consistency

• Define, document, and organize design tokens and interaction behavior definitions

• Ensure high-quality implementation by working closely with engineering partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web & mobile interface visual design

• Ability to work independently and drive design execution end-to-end

• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or AI tools

• Strong visual aesthetics, attention to detail, and design consistency

• Experience defining visual guidelines, brand expression, and style

• Selfmotivated, curious about new design trends, and comfortable sharing knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or operating design systems or design token architecture

• Experience in visual or UI/UX design for software products

• Strong skills in interaction design, illustration, motion design, or iconography

• English communication skills required
