Overall thermal solutions design, including system fans, heat spreader, heat sink, cold plate, CDU, CDM.
Proceed thermal simulation / validation and have good root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Have strong management to monitor supplier's product performance / quality / schedule to meet thermal criteria.
Must co-work and communicate with cross functional team to solve issues and meet target on time.
Show strong motivation to meet customer's requirement and able to independently correspond to customer's specific questions and schedule.
New thermal technology study, such as two phase DLC or immersion cooling.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in mechanical and thermal engineering, Master's degree preferred.
Over 8 years experiences of thermal solution design experiences with Intel/AMD/Nvidia CPU/GPU server platform, better to have simulation skills with system level.
Understanding of data center infrastructure and cooling technologies, particularly direct liquid cooling and immersion cooling solutions.
Have abilities to build rack level liquid cooling solutions, better to have refrigeration and air conditioning knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for providing proper solutions to meet product criteria or customer's requirement.
Able to express in English clearly and have good communication skills.
