Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for designated organizations and projects in Taiwan.
- Act as the talent acquisition interface to key stakeholders, build and maintain strong internal partnerships, and actively leverage external talent networks.
- Partner proactively with hiring managers, HR partners and HR community of expertise colleagues to drive the talent acquisition process through all phases and execute against the recruiting plan.
- Provide practical market insights to hiring managers and advise on sourcing channels, talent availability, speed, quality and cost trade-offs.
- Anticipate changing hiring needs and adjust recruiting priorities and plans accordingly.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, aligned intake summaries, sourcing strategy, direct sourcing, applicant review and shortlisting, calibration discussions, interview coordination, candidate pre-interview and post-interview communication, debrief meetings, offer preparation, offer extension and acceptance follow-up.
- Build and execute direct sourcing strategies independently, including talent mapping, search techniques, social media sourcing, referrals and proactive candidate engagement; partner with external agencies or solution providers only when needed and in line with company procurement process, targets and budget.
- Support country or regional TA initiatives and continuous improvement projects as needed, collaborating with the broader OneHR team in Taiwan.
- Manage recruitment KPIs including but not limited to:
- Time-to-accept/fill
- Cost per hire
- Quality of hire
- Diversity hiring
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably with strong exposure to Taiwan market hiring.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment with strong hands-on direct sourcing capability; able to build candidate pipelines independently.
- Experience recruiting for industrial gas, chemicals, manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, energy, or related industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin; able to influence stakeholders and engage candidates professionally.
- Strong computer skills and hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resilient and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
