Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Promptly support the issue&aposs duplication and clarification reported by production or customers.
Teamwork with related RD and Lab to find out the root cause.
Support system evaluation during New Product Introduction (NPI), POC and tradeshow.
Support the phase in of the customized hardware testing and OS installation requested by enterprise customers.
Troubleshooting Hardware/Firmware problems reported by customers .
Write debug program by using shell script to figure out the hardware issues.

Qualifications

Education: BS/MS EE, CE, CS, or other engineering fields.
4+ years of server technology related experience
Experienced in configuring server systems or OEM business for electronic appliances.
Extensive Linux OS/VMWare knowledge. Advanced Knowledge of standard sever/ workstation hardware
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
Strong disciplinary attitude to target issue fix in time
Ability to work independently with customer but teamwork with colleagues.
Experience with Bash scripting, familiar with Linux
