Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support system evaluation during New Product Introduction (NPI), POC and tradeshow
  • Support the solution/integration for storage.
  • Troubleshooting for storage problems reported by customers.
  • Promptly support the issue&aposs duplication and clarification reported by production and teamwork with related RD and Lab to find out the root cause.
  • Write debug program by using shell script to figure out the hardware issues.

Qualifications

  • Education: BS/MS EE, CE, CS, or other engineering fields.
  • 4+ years of server technology related experience
  • Familiar with Windows, and Linux troubleshooting:
  • Able to modify shell script/batch for test, and analyze the OS system log
  • Familiar with hardware architecture, and virtualization
  • I/O Benchmarking tools, and test fine-tunning.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting for system level
