Collaborate closely with Software Product Manager (SW-PM), Technical Program Manager (TPM) and other cross-functional teams to drive competitive and high-quality server systems management software & firmware solutions (BMC)
Manage the technical details and documentation of BMC features and requirements to enable new technology and meet customer requirements
Coordinate BMC feature delivery schedule to stakeholders including customers and internal teams
Support engineering teams to resolve and close technical issues in a timely manner
Perform integrated testing and verification on BMC features when it is required
Develop high-quality product collateral including user guides, white papers, social media, video, presentations, etc.
Develop training material for customers and internal training as required
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE, Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent practical experience
Experience in managing technical requirements and design specifications
Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Experience of working in a global team spread across time zones
Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor
Experience in technical support service to customers
