[Our Role ]
Your responsibilities will be:
- Engage in long-term software quality enhancement to ensure product viability
- Collaborate with the global product development and support teams across multiple countries
- Resolve customer problems in a timely manner to support critical business successfully
- Collaborate with cross function teams to deliver endpoint solutions that customers need
- Learn the PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle)
- Learn the domain knowledge of security products, like computer security related knowledge
[Qualifications / Requirements]
- Familiarity with Python
- Good understanding of general principles of software testing, knowing how to troubleshoot
- Fast learner and strong passion of learning new technology
- Strong analytic thinking and problem-solving skills; dare to fail but make sure we learn from experience
- Preference of autonomy; able to make decision and take accountability for customer success instead of waiting for instructions
- Self-motivated and agile mentality to work with changing requirements
- Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration
[Nice if You Have]
- Familiarity with Windows / Mac and able to troubleshoot for environment / system problems
- Experience in Python with automation test development or software development
- Experience in other languages (SQL, C/C++) is a plus
