Project Introduction:
The job offers the opportunity for the candidates to explore, design and test the Deep Discovery Analyzer & Unified Sandbox management solutions against potential threat and targeted attack. The DDANUSBX solution provides the virtual analyzer to simulate the malware behavior and provide the corresponding threat intelligent report to all the integrated Trend Product, such as Vision One, Apex Central and Deep Discovery Director
Role introduction:
For this job - Software Engineer in Test, the person will be responsible for the quality assurance of the DDANUSBX in Trend Micro.
As the DDANUSBX Software Engineer in Test, heshe is not only responsible for the quality assurance, but also involves in every aspect of the software development life cycle , ex. design, automation, debug, release, etc. which is a very challenge but exciting job in terms of the software engineer.
While working in DDANUSBX project, the opportunities and benefits are as follows.
1. Advance the programming skills and work with Linux development environment
2. Threat/Target Attack domain knowledge
3. Learn up-to-date VM technologies and domain
4. Learn comprehensive software design process including both Frontend and Backend development
Qualification/Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or equivalent work experience.
2. 2+ years experience in software development.
3. Experienced in Python and Unix/Linux shell programming.
4. Proactive on design break-through solution for new problems.
5. Strong unit test and debugging skill.
6. Proficient in using, installing and configuring Linux and Unix systems.
7. Trustworthy and self-motivated on research of cutting edge information technology.
9. Experienced in C/C++ programming is a plus.
10. Knowledge of Virtualization technology (e.g. VMWare, Virtual Box, QEMU) is a plus.
