Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with service core teammates to Support Business Success.
- Voice of service teams at initial stage of business projects.
- Complete serviceability and repairability review for strategic account customers.
- Deliver service manual of new product for onsite support.
- Support onsite deployment and critical matters in field.
- Bachelor's degree, or Above.
- 10 Years or Above Experience of Enterprise/Infrastructure Product Support
- Solid Experience of Product Failure Analysis Engineering.
- Communication-Level English Capability Required
- Good at Cross-Culture Communication
