Job Description

The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies what will drive organic growth.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance for SEO effectiveness, including site and mobile optimization.
  • Leverage data to identify insights and opportunities for SEO improvement.
  • Monitor SEO trends and best practices to ensure best-in-class SEO.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO initiatives are successfully implemented.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and work on implementing backlinks with publisher sites.
  • Create and maintain SEO documentation and reports.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity.
  • Implement and manage structured data to enhance search engine understanding and visibility of rich snippets.
  • Deploy and manage tracking pixels and tags. Use GTM to implement tracking and ensure comprehensive tag coverage for traffic and user behavior monitoring.
  • Utilized HubSpot's SEO tools and content strategy features to optimize website performance, implement structured data, and monitor keyword rankings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like GA, SEMrush etc. and techniques like keyword research, technical SEO and content optimization.
  • B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL and Schema data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of current SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Ability to create and review high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with the overall SEO strategy.
  • Expertise in using HubSpot tools for SEO strategy, content optimization, and performance reporting required.
