Job Responsibilities
- Showing leadership and strength in coordinating sales and engineering support team to ensure a strong customer partnership is maintained. This role requires aggressive sales and engineering interaction with a major focus on customer RD & sourcing support revenue growth to exceed team and organizational goals.
- Teamwork with cross-functional supporting teams; coordinate key account activities; and identify key projects to grow sales revenue.
- Build strong relationships with key executives to have a positive influence on TE business. Develop and build strong relationships with key functional teams (engineering, procurement, sourcing, quality) decision-makers.
- Identify and drive ODM/OEM opportunities to build a solid account plan and pipeline for YoY growth.
- Get involved to coordinate internal resources for key projects to make sure achieving design wins.
- Follow up AR and manage long past due inventory to achieve assigned account sales revenue growth targets
Desired Candidate Profiles
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. People Manger background is a plus. and familiar with ODM/OEM business model.
- Focused on demand creation/design-in.
- Demonstrated effectiveness within cross-functional and cross-regional communication and teamwork skills.
- Aggressive with a strong desire to achieve success on your account and be able to work under pressure.
- Work proficiency in English, be able to communicate with native speakers.
