Job Description
- Design and validate RF and electrical systems for gaming peripherals to meet quality standards.
- Develop new products and maintain existing ones under the gaming brand portfolio.
- Collaborate with global teams and factories to ensure smooth production and cost optimisation.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and manage component obsolescence and second sourcing.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
Key Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of 32-bit MCU architecture and embedded protocols (USB, SPI, IC, UART).
- Expertise in RF design, especially 2.4GHz wireless systems.
- Solid experience in baseband circuit design and integration.
- Familiarity with power management circuits and battery systems.
- Proven track record in cost reduction and second source qualification processes.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in EE/RF/hardware design and validation, with hands-on debugging experience.
- Familiarity with schematic capture, PCB layout tools, and lab bring-up.
- Experience in test automation and scripting (Python, LabVIEW, C#) is a plus.
- Skilled in using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, spectrum/network analysers.
- Creative, collaborative team player with strong time management skills.
