Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Suppliers Quality Management / ISO relate audit knowledge.
  • Understand NPI Tooling / Stamping / Plastic / Painting process skill related.
  • Closely work with Chassis PM and Engineering teams / ODM suppliers to review project quality of Mechanical design.
  • Standardization and management requirements, specifications and technical design documents during development phase.
  • Risk assessment and improvement for product mechanical design quality, chassis mechanical, thermal, system, design rule / guidance to enable competitive high-quality server chassis product.
  • Projects quality review and environmental & Shock/Vibration reliability relate.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in SQE/SQM or QA or Reliability industry related.
  • Mechanical suppliers manage background.
  • Involved Product development and management related experience .
  • ISO review experience & Strong communication skills.
  • Cross-functional skills.
  • FA/CA skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Bachelors degree or above
