Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- To be Management for MCP planning and fulfillment.
- Manage and improve material master process.
- Acute reaction to Urgent demand or rush demand.
- Work with Buyer and PM for Product Technology transfer schedule
- Work with Buyer and PM for new product s production plan
- Ensure adequate support and distribution of work within Purchasing.
- Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, and quality improvements.
- Control the manufacturing activities by grasping the progress status of issued orders and expediting the delayed orders
- Propose related amendments on operation, raw material distribution, equipment arrangement, etc. to increase production or improve quality
- College graduate ,+5 years relevant work experience in supply chain management is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Working experience in ME parts purchasing.
- Must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal.
- Ability to maintain highest ethical and professional business conduct.
- Need to be Aggressive and Positive, Patience and Careful with High EQ
