Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and purchasing connector components for server MBD, backplanes, and add-on cards.
- Plan and execute purchase orders to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, including management of slow-moving stock.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives and negotiate with suppliers for favorable cost.
- Analyze demand forecasts and align inventory planning accordingly.
- Build and maintain effective supplier relationships to support continuity and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order execution and inventory processes.
- Resolve order, inventory, and delivery-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing computer-related components.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines and shift priorities.
