Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • To be Management for Power Supply parts CM and coordination.
  • Manage and improve material master process.
  • Strategically plan and execute orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Implement effective strategies for managing slow-moving inventory and minimizing excess stock.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline order processes and synchronize inventory management efforts.
  • Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, and quality improvements.
  • Control the manufacturing activities by grasping the progress status of issued orders and expediting the delayed orders.
  • Propose related amendments on operation, raw material distribution, equipment arrangement, etc. to increase production or improve quality.

Qualifications

  • Five years+ relevant work experience in purchasing computer-related components is plus
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, supply chain or related management operations preferred.
  • Experienced in Server used Power Supply product purchasing preferred.
  • Experienced in MRP / ERP / SAP, advanced users of Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal.
  • Ability to maintain highest ethical and professional business conduct.
  • Be Aggressive and Positive, Patience and Careful with High EQ.
  • Strong communication skills, with high sense of accuracy and responsibility.
