Sr. Project Manager - Offshore Wind

Project Delivery & Advisory: Lead the pre-commencement preparation (starting Sept 2026) through to BOP project execution (Feb 2027) as a core Technical Advisor.

O&M & BOP Management: Manage Balance of Plant (BOP) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) project scopes across the wind farm lifecycle.

Governance & Supervision: Attend key stakeholder meetings, supervise contractor performance, and guide critical technical decisions.

Interface & Risk Control: Coordinate multi-disciplinary stakeholders, manage project risks, and drive a strong zero-harm HSE culture.

10+ years of relevant offshore wind industry experience on large-scale projects.

Proven track record in managing O&M and/or BOP projects in offshore wind.

Strong background in project execution, technical decision-making, and contractor management.

Excellent command of English (Mandarin is a plus).

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
