We're Delta PMCoE (Project Management Center of Excellence) of DSO (Delta Solution Office). PMCoE serves as a critical engine driving project management maturity across Delta. Our mission is to build world-class PM competence, standardize high-impact assets, and deploy PM certifications and digital tools to ensure project success globally.
Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional with a proven track record in client-facing project delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a PM Coach, guiding regional PMs to navigate complexities and proactively mitigate risks. You will bridge the gap between theoretical frameworks and real-world execution through hands-on coaching, process optimization, and the deployment of scalable PM methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on coaching to regional PMs, particularly for high-risk or cross-functional projects. Guide them in mastering PM methodologies, managing stakeholders, and identifying critical risks before they escalate.
- Serve as a project management consultant to design, implement, and digitize program management frameworks that align with Delta's evolving business needs.
- Design and deliver impactful PM training in various formats (physical, digital, and interactive) to foster a continuous learning culture.
- Lead the PM certification review process, ensuring that Delta's project managers meet the standards of knowledge, skill, and practical experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management, specifically in client-facing solution delivery.
- Domain experience in at least one area: Building Automation, Industrial Automation, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Power & Energy Solution, or EPC projects.
- Proven ability to diagnose project health and implement recovery plans.
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams and the ability to adapt PM methodologies to diverse regional contexts.
- Experience in designing and delivering PM training courses.
- Experience in media creation and delivering training using multiple formats (video, interactive, etc.) is advantageous.
- Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in project management software is beneficial.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- A Master's degree is preferred.
