General Scope of Works
Responsible for the full-cycle execution of HVAC / Building Services projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning, and handover. Provide technical support and coordinate all project activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise project teams on design, installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Plan, manage and control project scope, schedule, cost, resources and risks to achieve contractual objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams on all project matters.
- Prepare and review technical submissions, drawings, reports, proposals and consultant comments.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works comply with latest construction programme, quality and safety requirements.
- Develop project plans including WBS, schedules, risk/issue logs and resource planning.
- Manage procurement activities including equipment selection, material ordering and delivery schedules.
- Oversee subcontractors and installation vendors to ensure performance and compliance.
- Manage project financials including cost control, billing, cash flow and collections.
- Ensure document control, QA/QC procedures and calibration of test equipment are properly implemented.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including proposal and technical documentation.
- Provide progress reporting and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Attend site meetings and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–5 years relevant experience in HVAC / building services projects (more experience for Senior role).
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems; BMS knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong project management, planning and coordination skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project; BIM knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and prepare professional reports.
- Good command of English and Chinese; Both Spoken and Written.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
- Taiwan construction business related safety manager certifications.
- LEED AP, HVAC engineer license or related certification is plus.
