Sr. Product Validation Engineer

Job Description

The Senior Product Validation Engineer is responsible for leading product validation activities across the full development lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving ability, and the capability to guide junior engineers while ensuring validation quality and milestone delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Test Case Study / Creation / Update

Assist Test Lead on Test Case and Test Plan creation

Assist Test Lead on basic test scope sizing

Hands on execution

Create & follow-up all defect life cycle by using bug tracking tools

Prioritize test in daily work base and achieve project milestones

Job Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science, Compute Engineering or similar

4+ years of server test experience (OS, HW Compatibility, BIOS, UEFI, BMC)

Solid test plan / test case design capability

Work with minimum supervision

Broad knowledge of server infrastructure and technologies

Ability to anticipate problems proactively and take appropriate actions to mitigate impact

Good communication in both Chinese and English

Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a rapidly-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes

Good problem-solving skills
