Job Requirements of the Senior Product Validation Engineer:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Compute Engineering or similar
- 4+ years of server test experience (OS, HW Compatibility, BIOS, UEFI, BMC)
- Work with minimum supervision
- Broad knowledge of server infrastructure and technologies
- Ability to anticipate problems proactively and take appropriate actions to mitigate impact
- Good communication in both Chinese and English
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a rapidly-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
- Good problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Product Validation Engineer:
- The lead of junior contractor
- Hands on execution
- Assist Test Lead on Test Case and Test Plan creation
- Assist Test Lead on basic test scope sizing
- Create & follow-up all defect life cycle by using bug tracking tools
Prioritize test in daily work base and achieve project milestones
