Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Solution Engineering team by being responsible for winning enterprise customers and increasing solution revenue
- Carry out marketing and technological research to help decision making on solution development directions
- Lead in solution development, work with design, testing engineers to enable new enterprise and data center solutions
- Support in pre-sales engagement by working with customers closely and providing creative solutions that meet requirements of demanding customers
- Manage solution integration projects from design to delivery, achieve the best customer satisfaction
- Improve revenue by collaborating with channel partners and technology partners to expand the ecosystems
- Improve revenue by working with sales, marketing closely and promoting new solutions effectively
- Provide solution trainings to internal organizations, partners, resellers and end customers
Qualifications:
- BS or Master's degree in engineering discipline or business is highly preferable
- 5+ years of IT relate experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in Date Center application
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
- Effective organization and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional organizations
- Creative thinker, to develop new strategies and solutions
- Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Solid communications skills, both verbal and written
