Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Product Strategy: Orchestrate high-profile product launches across key makeup categories (Face, Eye, Lip) and drive the sustained growth of Maybelline's iconic pillar franchises.
  • Consumer & Market Intelligence: Continually analyze consumer insights, social media trends and competitor activities to identify market gaps and make strategic recommendations to management.
  • O+O 360° Activation: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (O+O/Digital/Social/Retail) to build engaging, trend-setting consumer experiences that drive both brand equity and sell-out.
  • Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of all marketing touchpoints—including digital media, PR events, influencer advocacy collaborations, and high-impact retail podiums—strictly meeting launch timelines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Mobilize and partner closely with Sales, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain, as well as creative and media agencies, to align commercial strategies and promotional calendars.
  • Business & Financial Management: Manage the A&P budget with high efficiency, optimize ROI, and collaborate with Demand Planner to ensure high sales forecast accuracy.
  • Leadership Presentations: Consolidate marketing performance data and future strategies into clear, impactful presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: 8+ years of solid product marketing or brand management experience, ideally within Beauty, FMCG, or fast-paced consumer-centric industries.
  • Strategic & Execution Balance: Strong strategic thinking capability paired with a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for execution details.
  • Entrepreneurial & Creative Spirit: A self-starter mindset with high creative agility, passionate about bringing bold, innovative ideas to life.
  • Resilience & Agility: Ability to thrive under pressure, manage ambiguity, and multitask effectively in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • People Management (Preferred): Previous experience in supervising, mentoring, or leading junior team members or interns is preferred.
